The Architectural Standards of the Association establish the policies and procedures for modifications or improvements to the exterior of the home. All homeowners are required to submit plans for their landscaping of the front and back yards within 6 months of their close of escrow.
Prior to beginning any work on your home, including painting, replacing windows or doors, installing a new garage door, changing the landscaping or hardscape in your front or back yard or the installation of a satellite dish, you must submit an Architectural Application to the management office.
The Architectural Committee will review your application and respond back within 60 days. The more complete and professional your submission is, the more likely it is to be reviewed and approved on the first time. Along with your architectural application, please be sure to submit plans, a plant list, drainage and irrigation information, dimensions of all improvements, and elevation views of any structures that exceed 3 feet in height. Your plans will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed until all the necessary items have been received.
To view a complete set of plans, take a look at the sample plans below.
Once your plans have been approved and your landscaping has been installed, please complete the Notice of Completion Form included in your response packet back from the Architectural Committee to begin the process of having your landscaping checked and your $1,000 Construction Security Deposit refunded. You can also download a copy of the Notice of Completion form below.
