Architectural Application

The Architectural Committee will review your application and respond back within 60 days. The more complete and professional your submission is, the more likely it is to be reviewed and approved on the first time. Along with your architectural application, please be sure to submit plans, a plant list, drainage and irrigation information, dimensions of all improvements, and elevation views of any structures that exceed 3 feet in height. Your plans will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed until all the necessary items have been received.
