Below is a link to the map of the community showing the locations where the landscapers will be focusing on their detailed pruning each week. BellaVista, our landscape maintenance company, has a crew out at Alamo Creek 5 days per week. 

 

 

 

Mondays are spent mowing and/or cleaning the common areas: the clubhouse and pool, Robert Duchi park and the pocket parks throughout the community. 

 

Tuesdays are spent finishing up any common areas and doing an inspection of the whole community from a high level. 

 

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are the days when the crew does detail pruning/cleaning of certain areas of the community, which is broken down into 18 zones. This ensures that each area within the community is detail cleaned once every 6 weeks. 

 

During January and February, the crew will be working on turf aeration at the common areas as well as completing all rose pruning throughout the community. Turf fertilization is tentatively scheduled for the end of February, but might be moved to March depending on the weather.
