BellaVista, our landscape maintenance company, has a crew out at Alamo Creek 5 days per week. 

 

Mondays are spent mowing and/or cleaning the common areas: the clubhouse and pool, Robert Duchi park and the pocket parks throughout the community. 

 

Tuesdays are spent finishing up any common areas and doing an inspection of the whole community from a high level. 

 

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are the days when the crew does detail pruning/cleaning of certain areas of the community, which is broken down into 18 zones. This ensures that each area within the community is detail cleaned once every 6 weeks. 

 

During November and December, the crew will be applying pre-emergent to the park strips to prevent (reduce) weed growth in the spring and will apply turf fertilizer to the lawns. They will also be cleaning out leaves from the landscaping as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that during the fall, the leaf drop is often quite heavy and can happen any time. The crew does their best to remove leaves as quickly as possible, but cannot keep the whole community leaf-free every day. If you have a landscaper that takes care of your yard and they are able to help collect leaves over the next couple weeks, that will help to keep the whole community looking its best for the holidays!
