Back in April 2022, Amrit Bedi and Amaya Jalal, presented a request to the Alamo Creek Board of Directors to install a lending library within the community. Given the distance to the Danville Library, the Board thought this was a wonderful idea and encouraged them to move forward. With a team of helpers, Amrit and Amaya designed and built a structure that is both functional and stylish and it was installed near the gazebo between the clubhouse and the pool in January 2024. 

 

Amrit and Amaya hope that the library will serve community members of all ages for many years to come. Please see the video below for more information about Amrit and Amaya and their wonderful project.
