There has been some concern about speeding expressed in the community recently. As the streets are public and the HOA has no authority to enforce traffic laws, we are pleased to suggest the following alternative.

We frequently receive calls and emails about people driving over the speed limit in our Association. If you spot someone speeding, please email the following to Sergeant Joe Azevedo of the California Highway Patrol (jpazevedo@chp.ca.gov):
   
The offender will receive a letter from CHP advising they’ve been made aware of their infraction and future occurrences will result in more serious consequences than a warning.
