We have listened to your requests for a faster response time on landscaping plans. The Architectural Committee is now using the services of a professional landscape architect to review homeowner plans that are submitted to the Committee. Not only will this speed up the architectural review processing time but it will provide a professional review of the submitted plans.
 
The cost of this service to the association is $325 per set of plans, and the Board felt it well worth it to promptly handle the larger number of requests coming now from new owners.
 
Initial reports from applicants express strong satisfaction with the quicker response time.
