Toll Brothers (formerly Shapell) has announced the projected opening of the three new product lines introduced within Alamo Creek.  The new product lines will be called Avery, Ashbury and Iron Oak.  There will be 43 Avery homes built, 116 Ashbury homes and 95 Iron Oak homes, which will complete the construction of the Alamo Creek community.  The projected opening dates for these new product lines are September 2014 for Avery and Ashbury and March 2015 for Iron Oak.
 
The opening of the park along Bengali Street is still projected to be completed and turned over to the HOA before the end of this year.  Look for more updates on the website very soon!
